Final TPM in Brussels
Hosting the final transnational project meeting in Brussels on 30th November, the 9 project partners discussed the success and challenges of the DIG-i-READY project through the course of two years. Read more here.
Closing Conference
EASPD hosted the European multiplier event of DIG-i-READY in Brussels on 1st December, gathering together policy makers, service providers and other relevant stakeholders to discuss the current scenario of digital inclusion in VET in Europe. The work of the European Commission and the Council of the EU was also discussed during this event. Read more here.
Multiplier event in Linz
The multiplier event in Austria, as part of the DIG-i-READY project, was organised by the Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU) and took place in person on 12 July at the university. The event was part of the IKT-Forum, an integrative conference place every year in Austria. A total of 57 participants took part on the event. The participants group was heterogenous and can be divided into: researchers, VET provider, VET trainer, self-advocates and other VET stakeholders.
AAATE Conference
DIGI READY achieved a major milestone by publishing the Good Practices Catalogue on digital inclusion in VET. The Catalogue is a collection and analysis of practices that were incorporated within the education sector in Europe during the COVID-19 pandemic to overcome challenges to inclusion online. Multiplier event in Bologna
Gathering a group of 10 people, AIAS Bologna held a training on the project results of DIG-i-READY from 22nd November 2023. They gave a training on the Handbook which is a guide for educators in to make VET digitally inclusive.
Multiplier event in Sofia
In Sofia, On 21st November, the Handbook in Bulgarian was presented. The event was attended by representatives of various institutions and organisations – Ministry of labour and social policy; Employment Agency – Sofia; German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, among many others. The event was attended by 32 people.
Multiplier event in Cyprus
On October 24th, 2023, the second multiplier event for project DIG-i-READY was successfully organized in Cyprus by European University Cyprus at its premises. The event hosted approximately 30 educators and learners in vocational education and training settings and included a brief presentation of the DIG-i-READY project as well as familiarisation with the DIG-i-READY Handbook focusing particularly on its digital tools and digital readiness indicators.
